AT&T features ProntoForms client Avantair in a case study

As the effectiveness and workflow-revolutionizing mobile forms capabilities of ProntoForms spreads, so too do the stories of its clients. Wireless carrier AT&T recently featured this case study on how this transportation company was able to better streamline its processes and increase productivity.

ProntoForms was deployed on tablets for on-board document access and data entry. This new paperless process also connects to Avantair’s back office system, ensuring real-time results and no lag time.

Catering to high end clientele, including both of the corporation and personal client variety, Avantair’s flies to Mexico, the Caribbean, the Bahamas and across North America.

With 500 employees and 57 aircrafts, Avantair is an enterprise that must stay on top of all communication and collected data, particularly since the Federal Avaiation Administration has several requirements that the company must adhere to.

ProntoForms now plays a major role in how Avantair conducts business and stays in touch with its traveling employees.
