In the case of Inner Parish Security Corporation, a Gulf South contract security company based in Louisiana, it has been able to take advantage of a number of ProntoForms features to improve its work processes and become more efficient.

Inner Parish Security first heard about ProntoForms from its AT&T representative and then decided to roll out the mobile forms on Samsung Galaxy SII devices.

The company utilizes ProntoForms in the field to evaluate its guard staff. Previously, Inner Parish Security was filling out evaluations on paper forms, causing a lag in head office receiving the paper forms and then in its administrative staff entering (via transcribing) the data into its back office systems.

Upon the introduction of ProntoForms, the corporation was able to fill out its forms in the field on mobile devices, including with photo capture if necessary, and send the data back to the office in real time.

The results have been so good that it’s led to a full endorsement from Inner Parish Security Corporation Human Resources Director, Laramie S. Stevens, featured in the client video above.
