Position Description:
This position is responsible for managing inside sales activities based out of TrueContext’s Kanata office. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, channel partners, field sales, customer service and other groups to manage opportunities and independently close customer sales opportunities. This is a high volume segment sales position.
Key Responsibilities:
Account management throughout the sales cycle in sales to small business wireless carrier customers including:
Monitor and respond to inquiries on the TrueContext “Live Chat” line and sales phone line.
Coordinate with other TrueContext and Carrier Sellers to ensure timely, professional responses to customer inquiries.
Develop and maintain effective communication to multiple channels (carrier sales representative and customers) across various levels in clients' organization. Provide necessary feedback to the carrier sales team.
Create and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive account management, outstanding customer service and sales support.

Account management of closed sale customers by pursuing follow-on sales, assessing product performance, monitoring and escalating known issue and performing regular periodic customer surveys.
Establish targeted proactive campaigns across successful market segments. Assist in prioritizing sales segment campaigns, communicating campaigns across carrier seller organizations. Monitor and report on metrics associated with campaigns.

Position Qualifications and Personal Traits:
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent sales experience, along with a minimum of one year experience in IT or Telecom sales or support. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Software along with an in-depth understanding of smart device concepts and products. Also must be able to demonstrate prior success in closing sales opportunities. Experience with SAAS applications, smart device technology and Salesforce.com or other CRM system is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be willing and able to effectively communicate throughout multiple levels of an organization. They must also exhibit high level of technical aptitude along with excellent phone and written communication skills. This person should have the ability to multi-task, rationalize responsibilities and establish suitable priorities, and maintain organizational effectiveness in a rapidly changing environment.
