The TrueContext Connector
Need to extend the usability of Pronto Mobile forms? We can bring Pronto from “the cloud” and place it behind your firewall. We provide data integration and access that covers a wide spectrum of requirements.

Our Connector product uses a generic and extensible framework for connecting the Pronto Server to your Back-Office systems. Pronto Server integration can be implemented for Databases (SQL, Oracle, MS Access, etc), Accounting Packages (QuickBooks,) Web Services and many industry-specific API’s.

The TrueContext Connector is offered in two modes, based on your specific need.
Process 11. Partial Automation – Folder Management: The data from your Pronto Mobile forms are extracted and sent to a folder on the Connector Server placed behind your firewall. You can then manually transfer these to your back office system. In the reverse, you can use your Back-Office Systems (ie your CRM) to build Look-Up Tables to keep your field team up to date with customer, product, scheduling, and pricing information.
Process 22. Full Automation: Fully automated 2 way flows between your Back Office systems to the Pronto Server.
