1. Dispatch work orders to the field, either to individual users or via group batches.
2. View a list of all data records (forms) submitted from the field, from all team members.
3. Export data by email, FTP or HTTP (PUT and POST) in various formats: PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.csv) or XML. Connect and deliver your collected data to third-party platforms, including SharePoint, Google Docs, Evernote, Dropbox, Box.net, SkyDrive, Facebook and Twitter.





Dispatch

Dispatch work orders to the field from the office via the ProntoForms Web Portal. Upload a CSV file or do so automatically through our REST API and save travel time and costs. Dispatch partially filled-in forms to individuals or group of workers, who then complete them and avoid unnecessary trips back to the office.

Notifications

When a form is submitted, ProntoForms doesn't stop there. PDF or HTML copies of the forms can be automatically distributed to managers, administrative staff, and other specified recipients. These notification capabilities help facilitate the next step in a workflow or simple acknowledgments of work completed.

FormSpaces

FormSpaces allows you to organize your forms into projects, regional groups, or by specific function, allowing you to deploy, manage, and report your form data uniquely, depending on your business structure.




Dashboard and Reporting

Your forms dashboard gives you quick access to view and analyze. Track, aggregate and monitor easily on the Web. Generate reports to filter, graph, and export in DOCX, CSV, PDF or XML file formats by email, FTP or HTTP (PUT and POST). You can also export data to platforms such as MS Office 365 SharePoint, Google Drive, Evernote, Dropbox, Box.net, SkyDrive, Facebook and Twitter.

Proof of Location and Time

Need proof of delivery? Want to track customer orders, time and location information? Confirm site visits and cross-check them with the captured information. Geo and time stamps and other controls allow ProntoForms to map and time-verify the form records – so you can see where and when the information was collected.

Users and Groups

Quickly manage and organize your mobile workers into useful groups based on region, forms or business process. Update groups with changes to form data and add or remove users as your organization changes. With the new, enhanced permission features, an administrator can enable trusted users to manage select FormSpaces and user groups, without giving them access to more sensitive forms and data.
