Feature improvement: Image Questions in Customer Feedback Forms

This feature improvement for ProntoForms enables customers to submit images to show worksite details, required maintenance, or proof of a defective or damaged asset.

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words. We’re happy to announce that customers on the Enterprise Tier, or who have enabled the Customer Feedback Forms add-on for the Advanced Tier, can now use images in such forms.

Get the big picture with image questions

This feature improvement enables customers to submit images to show worksite details, required maintenance, or proof of a defective or damaged asset. Supervisors and team leads can include images for a customer to review and approve as proof of delivery or completed work.
