Since we launched the ProntoForms Community at EMPOWER’21, we’ve been ultra-impressed by the knowledge sharing and collaboration that has taken place. This digital space has birthed numerous ideas and solved some of the issues faced by citizen developers who build solutions with our product to accelerate their field service operations.

To further our mission to help customers make the most out of their investment in our solution, we’re delighted to announce a new initiative, Ian’s Insights. Once a month, community members have the opportunity to gain privileged access to detailed posts from Ian Chamberlain.

Ian is one of our incredibly smart and talented implementation specialists and his knowledge of ProntoForms is exceptional. He possesses deep insight gleaned from our customers’ questions and the knowledge he’s gained from working closely with our product.
