“We have 80 stores and our field reps have to visit four or sometimes five stores a day. We use the Box.net connectivity option with ProntoForms. Our field reps can classify their reports by store, upload their work and cross-reference and access previous specific store reports. It’s been a great implementation into our mobile processes,” says Eric Bonner, Senior Field Manager for restaurant chain Primo Hoagies.
