One of the most gratifying aspects in serving the 1,800 businesses that are using mobile forms application and platform ProntoForms, is hearing the success stories in their own words.
“ProntoForms has helped our division tremendously in consolidating processes. In fact, we now have company people refusing to use paper forms,” states Matthew Bull
Manager of Solutions Design and Implementation for North America’s Toshiba Professional Services.
“I downloaded the 30-day trial, played around with it and really liked the results. We’ve now got about 10 forms deployed on a couple of iPad 2 devices,” explains Alex Wong, Quality Control and Research and Development Manager of Texas-based Twang.
“ProntoForms provided us with a way to take advantage of the new back office system by integrating signatures. I receive an email copy of the signed ticket as soon as my technician has completed the order. No more lost paper and unbilled work,” asserts Ryan Schultz, IT Manager for Chicago’s Rex Electric.
On ProntoForms connectivity with cloud services
“We are currently employing (Microsoft) SharePoint in our offices and it only makes sense to build it into ProntoForms to give our field teams more access and tools in the field,” says Andrew Elias, IT Manager for Heartland Industries, a Michigan-based manufacturer and distributor of sheds and other structures.
“We’ve been using SharePoint for a while now. But the idea of having it on the go, and saving our lead workers even more time makes nothing but good sense,” says Blaine Love, Senior Project Manager for DisplayMax Inc., a merchandising display company working with a major retail chain.
“We have 80 stores and our field reps have to visit four or sometimes five stores a day. We use the Box.net connectivity option with ProntoForms. Our field reps can classify their reports by store, upload their work and cross-reference and access previous specific store reports. It’s been a great implementation into our mobile processes,” says Eric Bonner, Senior Field Manager for restaurant chain Primo Hoagies.
