The annual Mobile Star Awards honor the top mobile products, success stories, and visionaries as chosen by readers of MobileVillage’s email newsletter Go Mobile.
ProntoForms received the Superstar Award in the “Mobile Field Service Success Story” category for helping Pesado Energy Services and AAA Carolinas transform their business processes for a lucrative return on investment. We also received the Shining Star Award in the “Mobile Data Capture and Forms” and “Mobile Field Service” categories.
Mississippi-based pipeline construction company Pesado Energy Services has mobilized a number of business processes, including the Job Number Request form, which is completed by a supervisor whenever the company takes on a new project. Replacing paperwork with a sophisticated mobile solution significantly improved efficiency and saved $250K just in 2015 administration costs.
AAA Carolinas is one of the largest and fastest growing AAA clubs. Drivers have to conduct vehicle inspections before heading out on their shifts – a process that used to be relegated to pen and paper. Now that drivers are equipped with ProntoForms, they are saving three minutes per service call – or 750 hours every month.
The Mobile Star Awards are the most recent in a series of accolades awarded to ProntoForms. In 2015, Frost & Sullivan recognized ProntoForms with the North American Mobile Forms Competitive Strategy Innovation and Leadership Award. We were also honored with the 2016 Employees’ Choice Award from the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce as one of the city’s top employers.
