Financial and Operations Analyst – ProntoForms

We are a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider with a high volume of customers and we earn our revenue on a per subscriber basis. We operate our business according to metrics that are generally established for our industry. The integrity of our reporting systems and our ability to process information, identify trends and act quickly is key to our success.

If you are a highly motivated, naturally curious and independent worker, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will leverage your strong analysis and Excel skills in providing support to the finance team, sales team and our partners, as follows:

  • Analyzing the high volume of data to provide insight into trends through periodic dashboard/metrics and ad hoc reporting
  • Ensuring the integrity of the revenue reporting systems including the operating system, and the revenue systems feeding into Quickbooks
  • Identifying areas for process efficiencies and/or automation to allow exponential growth in the volume of business
  • Ensuring billings are complete and accurate
  • Determining commission accruals and understanding contractual relationships with customers and resellers and related obligations and resulting accounting
  • Analyzing and supporting administration of the sales pipeline; ensuring consistency in the way (CRM) is used by the Sales team to allow us to gauge the business more accurately
  • Providing visibility to the subscriber data to support weekly sales calls and management team decision-making
  • Supporting sales team members in deal terms, commission calculations and real-time progress measurement against targets
  • Summarizing key information and developing reporting that can be provided to our carrier partners to help them sell the product and see the performance
  •  Reconciling information provided to us from carrier partners, ensuring it is complete, and working with them to develop better information


  • Business Degree/Diploma, plus CA or CMA Designation
  • Minimum 3-5 years of financial analysis and/or sales operations experience
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency (ideally SalesForce)
