Kencor Elevators Eliminates Two-Week Delay for Customer Invoicing by Deploying ProntoForms

OTTAWA, ONTARIO - April 2, 2014 - ProntoForms (TSX VENTURE:PFM), a leading mobile form application for smartphones and tablets, is pleased to share its case study on Kencor Elevator Systems Inc., a full service elevator firm serving clients across several northeastern states. The deployment of ProntoForms by Kencor resulted in several key field team productivity benefits, and, most importantly, it helped to improve the bottom line. The ability to invoice its customers immediately, as opposed to two weeks after elevator service or inspections are completed, has reduced administrative paperwork and improved business cash flow. "It was exactly what we were looking for. Our old process saw paper forms shuffled from one person to another. In some cases, invoicing was taking up to two weeks. I am only too happy to recommend the application," said John Dodds, Kencor COO.

"Service businesses worldwide are rapidly adopting tablets and smartphones to improve business productivity and differentiate against competitors. We're seeing rising ProntoForms adoption in service businesses that have strong reporting and compliance requirements. This growth is as a result of how ProntoForms not only improves the speed of data collection, but how it also improves data collection quality to ensure business or regulatory compliance," explained Alvaro Pombo, ProntoForms Founder and CEO.
