Walter Surface Technologies division deploys ProntoForms and improves technician efficiency by over two-thirds

OTTAWA, ONTARIO - May 8, 2014 -ProntoForms Corporation (TSXV:PFM), a leading mobile form business process solution for enterprises and SMBs, has published a case study on the Canadian CARE division of Walter Surface Technologies, and how it has deployed ProntoForms on tablets to greatly improve the data collection and submission by its field technicians.

“We’re playing a leading role in an incredibly hot business trend by improving field worker efficiency with business apps and with mobile devices. This Walter Surface Technologies case study serves as a prime example of how the ProntoForms solution can not only be successfully integrated with any back office system and improve productivity, but also how it directly impacts the bottom line of businesses and provides a competitive edge.” said Alvaro Pombo, ProntoForms Founder and CEO.

With technicians across Canada servicing its environmental solutions for the metal working industry, the Walter Canadian CARE division produces 500 weekly transactions. Previously, this necessitated company costs for full-time data entry personnel and courier/printer/specialty inks. The deployment of ProntoForms has resulted in a 66 percent reduction in technician related transaction costs.

"With ProntoForms, we have standardized the way that information is collected, submitted and entered into our system. Plus, since ProntoForms is highly scalable, we are ideally positioned for growth and to add more technicians in the field, without the requirement of additional office staff," explained Stephane Turpin, Walter National Manager, Care Service.
