Mobile solution helps save up to 750 hrs/month on road-side assistance calls

The video highlights how AAA Carolinas has leveraged AT&T Mobile Forms, powered by ProntoForms, to eliminate virtually all paper-based business processes, and dramatically reduce the amount of time AAA drivers spend filling out road-side paperwork.

AAA Carolinas handles up to 15,000 service calls every month. By using AT&T Mobile Forms, powered by ProntoForms, the company’s drivers have been able to save on average 3 minutes per call, leading to a total savings of 750 hours/month.
The end-to-end mobile solution allows AAA drivers to handle everything from pre-trip inspections to final customer sign-off on phones or tablets, and offers seamless integration with Box, a secure content management and collaboration platform.
