Mobile solution saves AAA Carolinas up to 750 hrs/month on road-side assistance calls

AAA Carolinas, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, used AT&T Mobile Forms, powered by ProntoForms, to mobilize nearly all of its paper-based processes, from pre-trip inspections to final customer sign-off. The solution is seamlessly integrated with Box, a secure content management and collaboration platform. AAA Carolinas estimates that the mobile solution has saved their drivers at least three minutes per client on average - or up to 750 hours every month.
