Can I start with a Proof of Concept (POC)?
Yes. Many of our customers start with 1 or 2 use cases and a portion of the workgroups to capture feedback. Once the benefits of this pilot project become clear, people tend to build more forms, add more use cases, and roll it out more widely within the organization. The early users become advocates for the solution.
Can I make changes to forms myself?
Yes. Our point-and-click Form Builder is so easy to use, anyone can do it. Our Knowledge Base offers a large library of technical documentation, Tips & Tricks, and How-To videos. We also offer customized training courses - webinars and/or on-site visits. (Additional fees might apply.)
Will you help me connect ProntoForms to my other system(s)?
Yes. Many commonly used Cloud services (Box, SharePoint, Google Drive, QuickBooks etc.) can be easily connected by non-technical people. We also have a REST API for more deeply integrated connections. Custom integrations into Enterprise systems sometimes require Professional Services.
How do I convince my IT team this will work?
ProntoForms offers a number of IT-friendly security features, including password policies, role-based permissions, single sign-on, MDM integrations, form version controls, and more. Most likely, your IT team will appreciate how little they have to do to get ProntoForms up and running.

How long will this take?
Implementation timelines differ with solution complexity, but single-process SMB projects can be up and running in a week or two. Advanced enterprise solutions requiring custom integrations into ERP systems take longer, but we will communicate expected timelines clearly at the outset.
