Connect mobile form data to Google Apps

ProntoForms offers out-of-the-box connectivity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Cloud Print, as well as a seamless experience connecting with Google for Work. When a ProntoForms mobile form is submitted, it can automatically send the collected data in a variety of formats, storing the data quickly and making it accessible to team members.

Data Destination
Mobile form data collected in the field with ProntoForms can be submitted and routed to a Google account in a variety of ways. ProntoForms can route data to an existing folder or a new folder in Google Drive. With Google Sheets, submitted data can be routed to your Google account in the form of a Google Sheet. Forms can be automatically compiled into a single spreadsheet that is updated with each applicable submission. With Google Cloud Print, forms can be automatically printed when they're submitted, allowing work orders, invoices and more to be printed anywhere they need to be.

ProntoForms can be linked to a Google Sheet as a Data Source. Data hosted in the Google Sheet (such as price lists, parts lists, customer contact info) becomes available for input within mobile forms on the ProntoForms App
