Effizency is an all-in-one quotation and sizing solution for energy services providers that makes sales operations more efficient. Analysing and selling energy solutions projects can be disorganized, error-prone, and inefficient, especially when combining manual data across sizing software, spreadsheets, presentations/text editors, and back-and-forth emails. Effizency’s platform enables B2B & B2C solar PV, batteries, and heat-pumps technical sizing through automation, real-time pricing, and PPA financial analysis, creation of branded proposals and monitoring of processes, pipeline, and profitability.
Originally, Effizency was using another solution for their customers’ site surveys and data collection, but it was not fully integrated to seamlessly move the collected data back into Effizency. When completing quotations that require a site visit, users needed to capture photos and data like roof/ floor measures and electric connections to confirm project assumptions and increase accuracy. They also needed to empower their customers to autonomously build forms — which requires an easy-to-use platform.
ProntoForms was deployed as a replacement white label solution primarily for site surveys that feed into quotation estimates — with installations as a secondary use case. It was chosen because of its strong integrations, ease of use, rich data collection capabilities, and Teamwork feature that allows form re-assignment.
Today, field ops managers dispatch the form to the field where field users input collected data, including annotated photos, client location, and customer sign-off. When finished, they can compare the initial estimate with a more accurate estimate after a site survey. All data that is collected is then seamlessly integrated into their Effizency process workflow and sales platform.
Having access to real-time data collected from the field behind the scenes with ProntoForms allows Effizency to automate the quotation validation process, allowing for more accurate and predictable estimates. By removing paperwork from this process, they have also eliminated manual data entry errors and have decreased the time it takes to generate a proposal. This has ultimately empowered Effizency to provide more precise estimates to users.
Sales managers and installers have benefited from a higher quality of service and more efficient site surveys and estimates, while Effizency’s clients have been able to quickly onboard and build forms with ProntoForms.
Effizency is looking at further ways to use ProntoForms, with site readiness forms and asset maintenance potentially on the horizon.
