Connect mobile form data to Dropbox

TrueContext offers out-of-the-box connectivity with Dropbox. Field users can automatically send collected data to Dropbox when a form is submitted, and a file stored in Dropbox can also be used as a source of data (ex. parts/price lists, customer info, etc.) in mobile forms, improving form completion speed and accuracy.

Mobile form data collected in the field with ProntoForms can be submitted and routed to a Dropbox account. Data can be shared with a team or clients, or kept private. TrueContext can optionally route data to a folder or a new folder can be dynamically created based on data submitted.

Data Source

TrueContext can also be linked to a Dropbox account as a Data Source. Data hosted in Dropbox (such as price lists, parts lists, customer contact info, etc.) becomes available for input in mobile forms on the TrueContext App.
