Connect mobile form data to QuickBooks

ProntoForms provides a seamless experience from the familiar operating environment of QuickBooks Online. Initial configuration is completed in a few clicks directly from the ProntoForms Web Portal. The solution can be configured to automatically access and sync with QuickBooks Online as a data source, and submit collected data to QuickBooks Online Time Activities, Invoices, and Estimates.

Data Destination
Mobile form data collected in the field with ProntoForms can be saved as entries in QuickBooks Online as Invoices, Estimates or Time Activities (timesheets).

Data Source
Data hosted in QuickBooks Online (e.g. customer lists, employee lists, inventory lists, vendor lists, etc.) becomes available for input in mobile forms on the ProntoForms App.

Initial configuration The QuickBooks Online admin user is guided to: a) Create or identify a ProntoForms team 2) Configure relevant form collections 3) Automatically create the integration links to QuickBooks Online.
