ProntoForms has joined an integration partnership program with ServiceMax, the global leader in cloud-based field service management solutions, to help empower businesses to drive productivity in the field.

ServiceMax provides enterprises with a platform that includes work order management, field service scheduling, mobile field service management, and much more. The company was recently named to the inaugural Forbes 2016 Cloud 100, the definitive list of the top 100 private cloud companies in the world. Much like ProntoForms, ServiceMax is dedicated to helping customers discover new revenue streams, drive efficiency, and elevate client satisfaction.

As a certified partner in the ServiceMax Technology Alliance Program, ProntoForms complements the ServiceMax platform by offering customers a greater depth and breadth of mobile app capabilities, providing functionality that is superior to other mobile forms platforms. ServiceMax complements ProntoForms by offering extensive back-office system capabilities, allowing ServiceMax partners to jointly provide a more complete end-to-end solution.

The ServiceMax platform, including ServiceMax Asset 360 for Salesforce, is fundamentally designed using Salesforce. Given the extensive ProntoForms integration capabilities with Salesforce, especially with SF Custom Objects, ProntoForms is able to integrate with most of ServiceMax immediately.

ProntoForms has also been featured in the ServiceMax Marketplace – the primary tool customers use to discover and purchase integrated solutions that expand the capabilities of the platform.
