“We switched our work order system over to a paperless, electronic-based program, equipping each worker with iPads in the field. This has allowed us (at the office) to view work orders instantaneously,” explains Ryan Schultz, IT Manager for Rex Electric.

But there was one aspect to the work in the field that Rex Electric was lacking. It was looking to add a signature capture to its mobile workflow process.
